1,首先删除出先前设定的限位,方法如下:
1. First delete the previously set limit, as follows:
先按下Learn (LT)按扭,在把S1拨扭开关移至Learn位置。大约过十秒就地指示灯(开、关两只指示灯)开始闪亮。这表示执行前一进入调试状态。大约在过20秒两指示灯熄灭,这表示正在删除先前设定限位。大约在过35秒,便可松开Learn (LT)按扭,两指示灯回重新闪亮,此时先前设定已被删除,并且此时执行器进入了Learn (调试)状态。 2,行程开、关设定,方法如下:
First press the learn (LT) button, and move the S1 knob switch to the learn position. After about ten seconds, the local indicator light (on and off two indicators) starts to flash. This indicates that the debugging state is entered before execution. After about 20 seconds, the indicator light turns off, indicating that the previously set limit is being deleted. After about 35 seconds, you can release the learn (LT) button, and the two indicator lights will flash again. At this time, the previous settings have been deleted, and the actuator is in the learn state. 2. Set the stroke on / off as follows:
A, 设定关限位:把S2拨到CLOSE,执行器电动到全关位置。(注:执行器随时可以通过把S2拨到STOP位置使其停止)然后,把S2按扭拨回STOP位置,在按下Learn功能键同时,再次把S2拨到CLOSE位置,此时CLOSE由闪烁变常亮。说明关限位行程已设置完毕。
A. Set the closing limit: set S2 to close, and the actuator is powered to the fully closed position. (Note: the actuator can stop at any time by turning S2 to the stop position) then, turn S2 button back to the stop position, press the learn function key, and then turn S2 to the close position again, at this time, the close will turn on from flashing. It indicates that the closing limit stroke has been set.
B, 设定开限位:把S2拨到OPEN,执行器电动到全关位置。(注:执行器随时可以通过把S2拨到STOP位置使其停止)然后,把S2按扭拨回STOP位置,在按下Learn功能键同时,再次把S2拨到OPEN位置,此时OPEN由闪烁变常亮。说明开限位行程已设置完毕。
B. Set open limit: set S2 to open, and electric actuator to full close position. (Note: the actuator can stop at any time by turning S2 to the stop position) then, turn S2 button back to the stop position, press the learn function key, and then turn S2 to the open position again, at this time, the open turns on from flashing. Indicates that the opening limit stroke has been set.
注:1)当执行器离开设定终端位置时,开关指示灯又会闪烁。只有两个终端位置都设置完毕,并退出Learn状态。指示灯才能在两个终端位置正常指示。
Note: 1) when the actuator leaves the set terminal position, the switch indicator will flash again. Only two terminal positions are set and exit the learn state. The indicator light can indicate normally at two terminal positions.
2)在设定某一终端行程限位时,当故障报警灯(红灯)长亮时,说明已超出机械限位极限或超出执行器力矩范围。此时执行器回调,直到故障灯熄灭。
2) When a terminal travel limit is set, when the fault alarm light (red light) is on for a long time, it indicates that the mechanical limit limit or the actuator torque range has been exceeded. At this time, the actuator will callback until the fault light goes out.
3)当执行器的两个终端位置设定完毕后需更改某一限位设置时,可以按上述调试方法,只需重新设置需要更改的某一限位即可,无需对两个限位同时进行设置。
3) When a certain limit setting needs to be changed after the two terminal positions of the actuator are set, you can use the above debugging method, just reset a limit that needs to be changed, instead of setting the two limits at the same time.
4)调试之前把S1.4,S1.5拨到OFF,S2.7拨到ON。
4) Set s1.4 and s1.5 to off and s2.7 to on before commissioning.
3,力矩设定,方法如下:
3. Set the torque as follows:
若在调试过程之中在开的过程之中,出现报警灯(红灯)长亮时,如果不是挡板内部卡住,此时便需把力矩改大(注:最大不能超过95%)。可通过对组合传感器中的R9,R10进行调整。其中R9代表关向力矩值,R10代表开向力矩值。
If the alarm light (red light) is on for a long time during the commissioning process, if it is not stuck inside the baffle, the torque shall be increased (Note: the maximum value shall not exceed 95%). It can be adjusted by R9, R10 in the combined sensor. Where R9 represents the value of closing torque and R10 represents the value of opening torque.
4,执行机构开、关指示与挡板实际开、关相反时限位设定,方法如下:
4. The opening and closing indication of the actuator is opposite to the actual opening and closing time limit of the baffle. The method is as follows:
打开执行机构的就地操作盖,把S3.8拨向ON即可。但此时若出现红灯报警,可继续调试,当进入调试状态时,报警就会消失了。便可按上述方法调试。
Open the local operation cover of the actuator and turn s3.8 to on. But at this time, if there is a red light alarm, you can continue debugging, when entering the debugging state, the alarm will disappear. It can be debugged according to the above method.
5,执行机构接线端子如下:
5. The wiring terminal of the actuator is as follows:
1) 开关型:开指令:4、20,关指令:3、20,开反馈:5、9,关反馈:5,7,
1) Switch type: opening command: 4, 20, closing command: 3, 20, opening feedback: 5, 9, closing feedback: 5, 7,
故障:5、10,1、21短接。
Fault: 5, 10, 1, 21 short circuit.
2) 调节型:指令:22、24,阀位反馈:23、24,开反馈:5、9,关反馈:5,7, 故障:5、10,1、21短接,2,20短接。
2) Regulating type: Command: 22, 24, valve position feedback: 23, 24, opening feedback: 5, 9, closing feedback: 5, 7, fault: 5, 10, 1, 21 short circuit, 2, 20 short circuit.
3)此接线端子中开、关反馈,故障中的三根公共端都接到5上,切记不要把三根正端接到一起。
3) The three common terminals in the fault are all connected to 5. Remember not to connect the three positive terminals together.
注:调节型调试方法同开关型。
